With over 20 years of animal behavior expertise and a decade of professional grooming, Kayley is dedicated to providing a gentle, no-kennel experience.
She holds multiple certifications, including pet CPR and skin care, ensuring every pup receives the highest standard of health and safety.
A lifelong animal lover, she shares her home with three beloved dogs: Chief, Elmer, and Ay Ay.
Kayley specializes in creating a calm environment for nervous pets, using her background in training to build trust and reduce stress. Her goal is to ensure every dog feels safe and comfortable while looking their best.
For Kayley, building meaningful relationships with her furry clients is the most rewarding part of her work.
Vic - Groomer / Bather
Vic discovered her passion for grooming in 2023 and has loved learning and growing ever since. As a pet owner with a house full of animals, including three dogs, pet health and safety are always a priority, and she's Pet CPR and First Aid certified.
Her biggest goal is helping anxious and fearful dogs feel safe and comfortable during grooming. With a background in 4-H and volunteering at a horse barn, working with animals has always been her dream. She loves meeting each dog's unique personality, especially Yorkies, Pomeranians, and terriers, and hopes to one day groom a Bedlington Terrier.
Vic is committed to continuing her education and expanding her skills so she can provide the best care possible for every pup she meets.
Terri - Bather
Terri is the resident "teddy bear" at Pawfect Pets, known for her infinite patience and gentle approach with every animal.
As a mom of three, she brings decades of experience to the bath, treating every four-legged client like one of her own babies. Whether she’s singing to a pup during drying or offering a reassuring hug to a nervous pet, Terri creates a sense of safety that turns baths into therapy.
She is a master at handling squirmy dogs with ease and always ensures they leave smelling great and feeling loved.

Common Questions & Policies
How long will my dog be at the salon?
Most small dogs are typically finished within 1–2 hours, while larger dogs usually take about 2–3 hours.
Are you kennel-free?
Yes. We are kennel-free for most dogs so they can socialize, hang out, and relax while waiting for their turn. On rare occasions, dogs may be placed in a play pen to help manage excessive peeing in the salon or if they don’t get along with other dogs.
Vaccine Policy
We require proof of current Rabies, Bordetella, and DHPP vaccinations for all dogs before their appointment. Because our guests interact closely with one another, all vaccinations that protect against dog-to-dog illnesses are mandatory for the safety of all pets.
Cancellation Policy
We ask for 48 hours' notice for cancellations. This allows us to accommodate other clients and manage our grooming schedule efficiently.
Aggressive or Anxious Dogs
Our groomers are trained in advanced dog behavior. We prioritize your pet's comfort and can work with dogs of all temperaments.
Hand Drying
We offer hand drying as a premium service. This means your dog’s groom is finished more quickly and the final haircut is usually smoother and more polished. We hand dry every dog to give them the best possible result.
Flea Policy
We do our best to keep fleas out of our salon to protect every pet in our care. If a dog is found to have fleas, they will be given a flea bath. If we are unable to place your dog directly into the tub at check-in, we may ask you to wait outside or in your vehicle until we are ready to begin their bath. This helps prevent fleas from spreading in the salon and onto other clients’ dogs.
